Here we go! Week 1 of the NFL! How exciting! Now we can get to the real games and watch our teams play their hearts out. Woo!
The fun part about week one is that you can pick any team you want because no one has established a pattern yet. So it’s a picks free-for-all, and I, for one, couldn’t be happier.

Ok I agree with everything but…
I have the Texans over the Jets as my upset
For some reason I also want to lean towards Redskins over Giants
I think that’s it. I guess we’ll see on Tuesday!
I was a bit iffy on the Texans – Jets one too. I put it down to hoping the Texans stomp the Jets, and tried to be more un-biased.
Here’s where we differ:
1). Eagles over the Panthers.
2). Texans over the J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets. I have a hinky feeling about them this year that I shared with Ben… hence, his comment.
3). Also feeling a little love for the Jags over the Colts (Call me crazy, I know)
4). Bears over Packers. Aaron Rodgers can bring it, but I think Cutler and the Bears “D” will be fired up.
BTW, My favorite new football related blog is Kissing Suzy Kolber (http://kissingsuzykolber.com). HILARIOUS.
It’ll be fun to see how it plays out!
We can only wait until Tues, right?
